After Watson and Holmes picked up Lestrade, they went straight away to Stapletons house. After tehy placed them self behind the hill, they waited for Henrys comeback. From there, Watson went to a window to check what this two mens are doing. After a few time Watson crawled back and dense fog came up. But a other manhelped her.She forgot to tell Sir Charles that she will not come and Sir Charles was alone in the moor.
Watson came now to the point, where he is reaing every detail out of his diary. He is reporting from farmers, wich saw a gothic creature in the moor. Watson and Sir Henry like to follow Barrymore to bok what he is doing. Sir Henry and Mrs. Stapleton met eachother by the moor and because watson is not allowed to leave Henry alone, that is why he followed them. Mr. Stapleton followed them also. Henry wanted to marry her, but Mr. Stapleton jumped on Sir Henry. This two had a clash, Mr. Stapleton turned around and went. In the night Barrymore went again to the Gallery, and this time Sir Henry and Watson followed him. They found out that the candle was a sign for Selden, the murderer of Notting Hill. He was the brother from Mrs. Barrymore. When they saw the candle light, they went armed to the candlelight in the forest, but Selden could escape. Watson saw a human shape on a hill. But Henry was to late to see it.
Now Watson described the process in the letters that he sent to Holmes.
When Watson and Sir Henry were by Mr. Stapleton for lunch, Sir Henry made the acquaintance with Mrs. Stapleton and he fall in love a little bit at the beginning. After that there was no day where the didn`t saw the Brother and the Sister. In one night Watson heard steps in the corridor. It was Barrymore. Watson followed him to the gallerie. Barrymore set in front of the window, the candle near to the glas. He looked some minutes out of the window and finally he blew out the candle. Watson went straight away back in his room. Short time after that, he heard the steps and somewhere a key turned in the lock. On the following morning Watson had a long conversation with Sir Henry and described him about his observation.
Dr. Watson and Sir Henry found out, that the night before Mrs. Barrymore was crying. But they didn`t knew the reason. The telegramm which Holmes sent to Mr. Barrymore, was not picked form him, but it was picked up from Mrs. Barrymore, the postman said to Dr. Watson. His wife wife said at this time, that he was up in the attic, and so she answered and not her husband. And so on Dr. Watson met Mr. Stapleton in the moor. They were taking about the legend from the hound of the Baskervilles and about Sir Charles. They saw how a pony drowend in the moor. And also a long, deep mouring of sadness. Dr. Watson met Mr. Stapletons sister, which tought that he was Sir Henry, and she said he should disappear from the moor.
Sir Henry, Dr. Mortimer and Dr. Watson travelled to Baskerville Hall. They have got weapons because they think it could be dangerous. Dr. Watson is not allowed to leave Sir Henry. In the railway station waited already a coachman to recieve this three Gentlemens. They found out that in the moor the Notting Hill murderer
( Selden ) is, and he is hiding. Barrymore told Sir Henry that when it's time, that he will leave him.
Holmes and Watson went to the hotel, and there came Sir Henry running in theire both arms. Henry found his brown boot. Holmes had sent a telegramm to Baskerville Hall to check if Barrymore is there and not somewhere else. Holmes and Watson asked John Clayton ( coachman ) about his passenger ( fake holmes ).
